When your water heater is leaking on your floor on Sunday and you're a single woman it is truly terrifying. I tried to call numerous plumbers and no one would help. I called BNS plumbing and they showed up on a Sunday within 2 hours. Gave me the price upfront with no hidden fees which at the time I thought was a little high but after the service I saw them perform... you do get what you pay for. They covered my floors with plastic so no scratches would occur from moving the old heater. Soacked up all the water that had leaked onto the floor, built a new stand and did an awesome job. Very clean and professional. I will definitely use them again, I've already referred mall my neighbors!

I had 3 plumbing companies out to try and fix a leak in my shower. After the 2nd didn't show up and the 3rd caulked the shower (charging 180 bucks) and it didn't fix the problem and he wouldn't come back after I called him. I called BNS plumbing, Ken came out very clean and professional, found the drain leak in 30 minutes. It was more than 180 but I would definitely use their services again! It was fixed right the first time.

BNS came out and put in my faucet, recommended a few other things to slow down my plumbing problems. We bought a service agreement and will definitely refer this professional plumbing company to everyone.

We called a handyman out to fix a sewer line. Big mistake! We lost $2,000.. BNS had a new line covered up and inspected. It was a little more but was worth every penny. I will definitely use again!
